No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, whether they came with your plan or from a top-up.
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you're never charged automatically.
Free lets you share results with 1 teammate, Pro with 5 and Business with 25. If you need more seats than that, a custom plan covers any team size.
Payments go through Razorpay, so you can use UPI, a card or net banking. Prices are in Indian rupees, and any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
We review refund requests made within 7 days for duplicate payments, billing errors, or a platform problem that stopped you getting what you paid for. Profiles you've already unlocked can't be refunded. The refund policy has the full details.
